Trash to Treasure

Join Trash to Treasure, an exciting art project that transforms trash into stunning works of art. Raise awareness about pollution and environmental sustainability while competing for cash prizes!

1st Prize: $1,500 | 2nd Prize: $750 | 3rd Prize: $500

Artwork will be displayed in the Grunin Center art gallery

For this creative art competition, participants will create an art piece using recyclable materials and other discarded items.

How to participate:

  • Register: Scroll down and complete the registration form no later than April 1, 2025.
  • Find Inspiration: Search “recyclable material art creations” on Google Images for ideas.
  • Gather Materials: Collect discarded materials (and you will be doing an environmental cleanup!)
  • Create Your Piece: Transform waste into a unique work of art.
  • Submit Your Artwork: Deliver your finished piece to the Student Center no later than April 15, 2025.
